We are currently recruiting for a Case Handler to join a growing team in Milton Keynes.\n\n This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong understanding of the conveyancing process who are looking to take the next step in their career with a firm that offers ongoing training, professional development, and clear career progression.\n\n Key Responsibilities:\n\nManaging sale and purchase transactions from instruction to completion.\nHandling Draft Contracts, Freehold and Leasehold enquiries, and exchange of Contracts.\nReviewing and reporting on search results and mortgage offers.\nEnsuring compliance with the UK Finance mortgage lenders’ handbook.\nKeeping files organised and ensuring all checklists and documentation are up to date.\nProviding regular updates to clients and introducers.\nOverseeing workload distribution and supporting junior staff where necessary.\nPreparing completion packs and coordinating final steps in the conveyancing process.\nHandling general office administration, including post, filing, and account balances.\nMaintaining a high level of professionalism in all client and third-party interactions.Skills & Experience Required:\n\nExperience in conveyancing and a strong understanding of the property transaction process.\nAbility to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining high service standards.\nExcellent attention to detail and ability to review legal documents accurately.\nStrong organisational and time-management skills.\nA proactive and problem-solving approach to work.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders.\nExperience working with case management systems is an advantage
