The Partnership Executive is responsible for working across all strategic verticals to drive incremental revenue and scale into the Papa John's business. This role holds huge potential for the right person to make a measurable impact on the growth of the UK business. They'll work cross-functionally with key stakeholders across the wider Marketing team, Tech and E-Commerce, Operations and Business Development, as well as our external partners. They will be a day-to-day contact for our third-party sales platforms, vendors, our non-traditional sites and franchisees as well as seek out and develop key relationships with the right affiliate channels. Duties & Responsibilities: - Full strategic review of our aggregator platforms to identify opportunities to differentiate Vs the competition, whilst boosting brand exposure, traffic, conversions and new user acquisition. - Support the delivery of the strategy for key strategic verticals; lead on delivering tactical marketing campaigns by working closely with different business functions, media and creative agencies. - Support the design of the Aggregator quarterly calendar and lead on the implementation of this; including the delivery of paid activity and the development of co-branding/co-funded marketing campaigns that are fueled by consumer, market and commercial insights. - Lead on the performance and growth of our non-traditional sites as we highlight further opportunities for brand growth. - Support the delivery of campaign analysis and ensure that learnings are shared and implemented to improve the effectiveness of future activity. - Lead on the regular reporting of aggregator and non-trad sites performance against predefined KPIs and support analysis to identify opportunities to optimize this. - Work collaboratively to identify new partnership opportunities to grow brand awareness and acquire new users, such as new aggregator platforms and retail partnerships. - Account manage partners and affiliates, including networks, to maintain relationships and ensure channel profitability. - Manage Comms to franchisees and collate alignment on the strategy and promotional activity. Collaborate internally to overcome blockers that appear to initiate a seamless deployment of campaigns. - Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure the approach aligns with other progressing campaigns and the overarching UK brand strategy. - Collate company, partner and product changes and update franchisees through training sessions and webinars. - Optimise our menu across all three current and future platforms to drive engagement and conversion.
