The Contracts Administrator role for the Software Business Unit within the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division ("CMD") within Thermo Fisher Scientific constitutes a Contracts professional responsible for administration and support of Software Licence and Contract Renewals. This individual will work closely with the Contracts Team, Commercial Team, Order Management departments, Legal, Operations and Finance departments, to ensure timely creation of customer entitlements, and reoccurring revenue protection. What will you do? - Handle customer accounts and entitlements across our Software Portfolio, from Licences through to Support and Maintenance Contracts through relevant Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. - Coordinating with Commercial, Business Unit Partners and Operations to ensure process adherence and that policies are implemented to support timely Contract processing. - Resolve and document customer issues in a timely manner. - Support New Product Introductions by engaging with License and Part Number creation and management as well as delivering a digital-delivery-first strategy. - Support process improvement projects to achieve operational efficiencies and standardization. Who do we look for? - High School Diploma / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - At least 1 year of experience with licensing and contracts (or relevant education) - preferably handling or coordinating licences and contracts - Knowledge of MS Office and SAP, CRMs experience is a plus - Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
