Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Unit Team Leader to join our fast-paced food manufacturing team. You'll lead and develop teams, ensuring efficient production while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong leadership mindset and experience in production environments to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee production operations to meet business and customer requirements.
* Drive adherence to food safety, quality, and lean manufacturing standards.
* Manage team performance and optimize labour use.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and proactively address safety concerns.
* Analyse and utilise KPIs to drive performance improvements.
Minimum Requirements
* Experience in a relevant discipline.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
* Health & Safety certification (IOSH).
* Experience with SAP or Infor M3 ERP systems.
