About the Role:
We are thrilled to announce a new opportunity for a Site Manager to join our responsive repairs and maintenance team based in Bristol. As Site Manager, you will focus on the Voids workstream of a brand new 15-year contract we have secured. As a leading property services contractor, Ian Williams provides safe, secure, and supportive working environments for its site and office-based teams.
We seek a Site Manager who embodies these values and can continue to facilitate the successful completion of our contracts, on time, on budget, and to the highest standards possible.

Key Responsibilities:
* Planning and supervising the running of Voids works on site, ensuring timely completion to required quality and cost.
* Organising workload, labour planning, and material orders.
* Ensuring compliance with Ian Williams policies and procedures on Health & Safety and CDMs.
* Communicating costs, progress, and variances back to surveyors and management regularly.
* Managing site administration and records.
* Setting and achieving productivity targets, managing cost control and profitability alongside the Contracts Manager.
* Conducting effective inductions for the direct and subcontractor workforce.
What you will bring:
* A trade background (all trades considered) qualified to NVQ level 2 or above/equivalent. SMSTS would be advantageous.
* Supervisory experience in a similar role (e.g., Foreperson or Site Supervisor).
* Customer-centric approach to monitoring productivity with site teams, subcontractors, and clients.
* Ability to engage and motivate a workforce (including direct labour and subcontractors) to maximise productivity and meet required standards.
* Strong IT and Microsoft Excel skills.
