Administrative Assistant (Part-Time – 4 Days/Week)

Salary: £24,000 (pro rata, depending on experience)
Hours: 4 Days per Week | Monday to Friday (Flexible working available)

Opticall Eyecare is a trusted mobile optician service dedicated to delivering high-quality eye care to care home residents.
🎯 Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our growing healthcare service. You will play a vital role in managing resident records, supporting reporting, and communicating with care homes and internal teams.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with care homes to schedule/reschedule appointments
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of residents
* Input and manage data using our booking and reporting systems
* Support clinicians with documentation and follow-ups
* Prepare and send appointment confirmation emails and reports
* Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries professionally
* Assist in onboarding new care home clients and managing their profiles
* General administrative duties as required
✅ What We’re Looking For:
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator (email and phone)
* Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Previous admin experience (healthcare/care sector preferred but not essential)
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Respect for confidentiality and sensitive data
