Job Title: Social Worker – Alcohol and Substance Misuse Team
Location: Milton Keynes
Rate: Up to £26 per day
An exciting job role has recently become available with our team in Milton Keynes. They are looking for a new member for their Alcohol and Substance Misuse Team.
Duties/Requirements:
* Providing support and advice to people who are experiencing difficulties due to substance misuse
* Managing referrals into the service, completing triage assessment, and providing appropriate harm reduction advice
* Developing plans with clients to help them get their lives back to where they want them to be
Experience:
* Experience working within the health, social care, criminal justice, or other specialist setting, ideally with those experiencing homelessness
* ONC/NVQ level 3 or be willing to achieve this within 12 months
* UK driving license
