Qualifications and Experience:
- QTS
- Experience with special educational needs (SEN) is an asset, demonstrating a commitment to inclusive education.
- Talent for creating engaging and impactful lesson plans that capture student interest and promote deep understanding.
- Advanced training or experience in modern teaching methods and strategies, enhancing instructional effectiveness.
- Passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people, inspiring and motivating them to achieve their potential.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills, ensuring a well-structured and efficient educational environment.

- Create a well-structured teaching program that aligns with educational goals.
- Deliver an exceptional learning experience for students, meeting both internal and external quality standards.
- Demonstrate expertise in managing challenging behaviour by establishing appropriate boundaries and recognising each student's potential.
- Encourage good practices in punctuality, work standards, and home learning among students.
- Show commitment and ambition as a teacher, with the ability to motivate, engage, and inspire students.
- Have the skills to design a curriculum that empowers students with purpose and agency.
- Work collaboratively with a teaching team dedicated to providing an education that equips learners with the knowledge, skills, and values needed to succeed as global citizens.
- Show a strong understanding of assessment for learning, using it actively to inform real-time planning and teaching.
- Teach flexibly and responsively within lessons to address misconceptions and enhance understanding.
- Communicate feedback effectively to students, using it to close gaps, challenge thinking, and engage learners.
- Cultivate a classroom community driven by relationships, reflecting the school's values and ethos.
- Commit to continuous professional development for oneself and others through research, mentoring, and coaching.
