Seeking a Rota and Clinical Coordinator to manage clinical and pharmacy rotas, ensure smooth business operations, and provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic and patient-centric environment.
Position Overview
The Rota and Clinical Coordinator will play a key role in establishing the operations and patient-facing team in the UK, working closely with the operations and clinical teams to ensure continuity of care for patients.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and manage clinical rotas to identify gaps and provide cover where needed
* Maintain and manage pharmacy rotas to ensure smooth business operations
* Manage shift-based working for the operations team
* Work closely with the operations and clinical teams to ensure continuity of care for patients
* Effectively manage processes to ensure a smooth transition for onboarding clinicians
* Manage annual leave and absence in the clinical team
* Support operational and clinical recruitment and onboarding
* Collate feedback and liaise with the Head of Governance on complaints and compliments
* Report incidents and significant events and liaise with the Head of Governance
* Support clinicians working in the service with operational queries
* Liaise with the product and tech support team on technical issues
* Work closely with the line manager and wider team on service improvement
* Attend work-related meetings as required
* Maintain all mandatory training and familiarity with company policies and SOPs
* Be flexible with shift-based working as required
Requirements
* 4+ years of work experience
* Working in a healthcare environment advantageous but not essential
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work with senior clinicians and managers to manage diaries
* Excellent communication skills
* Good understanding of working in a highly regulated industry and following policies and SOPs
* High level of IT proficiency
* Ability to work under pressure
