We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our growing business!
As a Finance Business Partner reporting to the CFO, you will partner with our Autism, ADHD & Therapy Services, supporting their day-to-day financial needs & ROI analysis whilst providing greater insight into their overall performance. You will be key in driving strategic decision-making and ensuring financial objectives are met. You’ll support and challenge the business to ensure the right decisions are being taken to maximize short and long-term value.

What you’ll be doing:
* Work with the business to produce management accounts, rolling forecasts & annual budgets.
* Support the business to identify/generate growth and savings to deliver business performance targets.
* Prepare deep dive analysis, draw conclusions and present recommendations.
* Enhance the business partnering experience by providing valuable financial insights and improving reporting quality and interaction.
* Support, prepare and review tenders for key customers and suppliers.
* Establish monthly contract accounting against contract plan and report to Chief Commercial Officer and Unit Leads.
* Research and report on factors influencing business performance.
* Take full ownership of any assigned P&L, including investigation.
* Challenge and review business forecasts, reporting on key risks and opportunities.
* Take a lead role in the finance contribution to quarterly cost review.
* Partner with the Business on productivity & utilization.
* Contribute to productivity ideas generation and ensuring accurate logging of P&L savings.
We’d love it if you had:
* CIMA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent.
* Previous experience in healthcare.
* Advanced modelling, analytical and numerical reasoning skills.
* Experience of working with Xero.
* Knowledge in reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
* Experience of financial planning, reporting and variance analysis.
* Experience of producing monthly management accounts.
