We are currently working with a long-standing client who is looking to bring on an experienced Housing Officer on a temporary contract basis until April 2025.
Housing Officer Responsibilities:
1. Manage housing management services, from tenancy sustainability to providing money advice on rent arrears.
2. Deal with neighbourhood issues.
3. Be the point of contact for tenants regarding any queries or complaints.
Experience required for this Housing Officer role:
1. Experience working in a Generic Housing Officer role.
2. The ability to hit the ground running.
3. Experience in income management, including rent arrears, money, and benefits advice.
Details for the Housing Officer role:
1. Temporary Contract until April 2025.
2. Hybrid working (WFH available).
3. Start Date is immediate.
A valid DBS Check and driving license along with access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
