About Zellis
Zellis is a leading provider of HR, payroll, and benefits solutions. As a highly visible role across the organisation, as Governance and Compliance Manager you'll be working with team members and internal stakeholders across the Zellis Group and supporting the Group Head of Compliance with the delivery of the programme aligned to our corporate plan.
In this key position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures that support business objectives. You will also ensure that all relevant laws, regulations, and standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. They will also have strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
