Job Title: Primary Tutor Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide individualised academic support to primary school students Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to students' needs Assess students' progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians Collaborate with teachers to ensure alignment with school curriculum Utilise various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification Experience working with primary school students Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire young learners Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of primary school curriculum and educational best practises Proficient in assessing students' learning needs and adapting teaching strategies Strong organisational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications in special education or literacy instruction Experience with online teaching platforms and resources Working Conditions: Part-time position with flexible hours Work primarily in a school or educational institution setting May require travel to different locations within Oxfordshire All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
