Bespak are looking for Process Operators for permanent positions on the Holmes Chapel site, CW4 8BE. The salary range for this role is £42,276 plus a discretionary annual bonus. Shift Pattern - Monday to Friday – 3 week cycle Week 1 – 6am to 2pm / Week 2 – 10pm to 6am / Week 3 – 2pm to 10pm You are responsible for maintaining the smooth running of the production area and requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to troubleshooting. It's crucial to ensure that all equipment is functioning optimally, processes are followed meticulously, and quality standards are consistently met. Effective communication and coordination with team members are key and collaborating closely with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders will help streamline operations and address any issues promptly. Regular monitoring of critical process parameters ensures that products are manufactured to the highest standards. Perform fully automated clean when changing products. Operate the filling machine and perform critical process testing. Complete batch documentation in accordance with GMP Take samples from the line and check for size, weight and quality. Input manufacturing Data into the computer system. Perform other general activities relating to the manufacturing process. Comply with all Quality and HSE regulations. Process Operator beneficial key skills and experience: Experience of working in a manufacturing environment. Able to work in a process-orientated way following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). Good Maths, English and computer skills. Good communication skills who can work well in a small team.
