What you’ll do:
As an Associate Director, you’ll be responsible for high-level project delivery oversight and client relationship management. You’ll manage a diverse team and advise clients at the highest strategic level on both big-picture and tactical matters. You’ll lead end-to-end client engagement including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery. As well as acting as a primary point of contact to the client, you’ll develop relationships with clients and executive sponsors to deliver findings, recommendations, work plans, and proposals.
What you’ll need:
* Experience in delivering IT Strategy projects across a full range of Public Sector agencies.
* A consistent track record of leading small teams of high-performing strategy consultants that leverage technology to drive the mission-critical priorities of government entities.
* Prior experience in a problem-solving capacity across technical domains (for example Application Architecture and Roadmap, Digital Transformation, Agile/DevOps, Cloud solution, SAP, ERP etc).
* Experience working with multiple IT solutions.
* An ability to inspire and motivate professionals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds towards a common goal.
* An ability to be hands-on and to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously.
* Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the creative development of solutions and strategies to solve client problems.
* Eligibility to work on UK Public Sector Clients.
