We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to serve as the first point of contact for our hospital wards ensuring visitors and patients are warmly welcomed and supported. The role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, offering an engaging and rewarding work environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk Management
2. Greet visitors and patients professionally and courteously, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
3. Telephone and Inquiry Handling. Responding to telephone calls promptly, ensuring inquiries are handled with efficiency and professionalism.
4. Relay messages accurately in accordance with Trust Policies and Procedures.
5. Assist with administrative tasks, including room bookings, data input, and word processing, to ensure smooth ward operations.
6. Provide general office support, such as filing, document preparation, and managing correspondence.
7. Coordinate transportation services as needed.
8. Act as a communication link between the ward and services such as Estates, Porters, and IT, reporting and following up on any issues.
9. Provide support during staff absences by adapting to changing priorities and ensuring continuity of service.
