Your new role
Collaborate closely with the Marketing andmunications Manager to develop and oversee internalmunications, events, and new initiatives. Create an annual staff content plan aligned with thepany’s strategy. Play a key role in launching a new intranet system to enhance brand profile and strategic messaging.
Key Responsibilities:Internalmunications:
1. Generate a robust internalmunications plan aligned with the business strategy.
2. Refresh and launch an incentivised newsletter, integrating it with other internalmunications.
3. Oversee the audit of all internalmunications, including written content and branding.
4. Align and support consistent messaging with the EVP.
5. Explore retention incentives and employee referrals.
Employee Experience:
6. Capture andmunicate positive stories to reinforce thepany as a “Great Place to Work.”
7. Utilise employee testimonials, Glassdoor, and Great Place to Work accreditation.
Intranet Development:
8. Lead the development and launch of a new intranet site.
9. Create and evaluate engaging content, including videos and news.
Radio Station Launch:
10. Work closely with operations and external partners to create and launch amunication plan for a new organisational radio station.
Effective Messaging:
11. Translate content into clear, targeted messages that align with the organisation's values.
Proactive Planning:
12. Oversee day-to-day planning, production, and evaluation of internalmunications using various tools.
Stakeholder Mapping:
13. Identify and map internal stakeholders across functions for a cohesive approach.
Annual Events:
14. Define an annual events plan aligned with key business objectives.
15. Engage and recognise employees through events.
Event Coordination:
16. Coordinate assets and technology for key events (venue, audio-visuals, catering, etc.).
17. Organise the Celebrate Success annual awards.
Team Development:
18. Manage marketing team training and development bookings.
19. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Officer on video content and other digital assets.
Monthly Virtual Catch-Up:
20. Organise the monthly virtual catch-up.

What you'll get in return
For delivering into this influential role you will receive a highlypetitive salary, up to £38,000, working 35 hour week and 32 days holiday + bank holidays, working for a fantastic organisation with a genuine social mission.
