About the Role: We are expanding our UK Sales team and currently looking for a National Commercial & Industrial Technical Sales Manager. The main aim of this role is to lead and grow the UK Commercial & Industrial (C&I) sales segment by consolidating the existing customer base, driving growth through new opportunities, and aligning local and HQ strategies. The role combines strategic leadership, business development, and technical support to achieve sustained market growth and operational synergy.
Responsibilities:
* Leading the external and internal C&I sales team
* Strategic planning to grow C&I sales TO in line with 5yr LRP according to HQ sales management guidelines
* Management of Riello Ltd C&I sales and technical functions, including but not limited to:
* Liaising with C&I sales team to provide required technical support
* Liaising with service team to assist with C&I technical support
* Industry representation
* Co-ordinating C&I technical requirements with colleagues in HQ
* Guiding the sales team in identifying new segments and opportunities on the market
* Developing UK application engineering function
* Working with C&I customers to manage technical requirements
* Assisting with C&I financial reporting into HQ
* Working as part of the senior team to assist with the management of Riello Ltd
Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge of the UK Forced Draught market
* Proven sales background within the UK heating industry, preferably within the burner sector
* Solid technical background in Forced Draught Combustion
* Previous team management experience
* High level of communication skills
* UK driving license
