About the Role As Planning Manager, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and full Planning service across the Group of Chartway companies, providing a range of key services including early-stage planning and development appraisals, preparation, and submissions of planning applications as well as s106/planning condition monitoring, submissions, and compliance. You will undertake site assessments and conduct detailed examinations of planning histories. You’ll support our Land & Planning team with the preparation and project management of different types of planning applications, including the discharge of planning conditions and amendment applications. Responsibilities Provide a comprehensive and full Planning service across the Group of Chartway companies Undertake site assessments and conduct detailed examinations of planning histories Support the Land & Planning team with the preparation and project management of different types of planning applications Qualifications Holding MRTPI status and or working towards one as well as having a planning or another property related degree would be advantageous.
