We are currently seeking a skilled IFA Support to join their team in prestigious London offices.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in financial services to play a key role in supporting advisers and delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Support:
* Prepare and compile financial planning reports, including suitability reports and technical research.
* Client Support:
* Assist advisers with client queries and provide administrative support to ensure a seamless client journey.
* Compliance:
* Ensure all documentation and processes adhere to FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.
* Data Management:
* Update and maintain client records on Intelligent Office (IO) and other relevant systems.
* Financial Plans:
* Analyse client portfolios and make recommendations in line with their financial goals and objectives.
* Collaboration:
* Liaise with advisers, product providers, and other team members to support the advice process effectively.
* Process Improvement:
* Assist in the development of workflows, templates, and systems to improve operational efficiency.
* Client Meetings:
* Provide pre- and post-meeting support, including preparing packs and following up on action points.
