Love your job.The Agile Delivery Manager will be part of the Technology team and playing a key role in ensuring that in-house digital products are brought to market on time, on budget and with high quality, and do what our customers need them to do.The Agile Delivery Manager works closely with product owner, Head of ecommerce, development teams and external suppliers, ensuring that key initiatives are driven efficiently from inception all the way through to market. You will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of technology products and services that drive business growth and enhance customer experience.This is a new role at Dreams which is critical to our digital journey- you will manage the delivery of strategic development across 2-3 teams, while at the same time collaborating at the programme level to ensure that we deliver across the strategic roadmap, taking care of dependencies across all teams.Ready to skip the snooze button and get stuck in? Here`s a taste of what you`ll be doing day-to-day- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including business, technology, and operations teams.- Effectively communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders.- Own the E2E product delivery plan for your teams, driving initiatives forward, making sure discovery kicks off on time and the solutions are designed and developed as planned- Be hands-on and prepared to roll up your sleeves and act like a project manager, if and when needed- Provide continuous, reliable status reporting of initiative development, including forecast cost/time, actual cost/time and work-remaining estimate- Quickly identify and remove impediments of any type anywhere in your teams` delivery pipelines- Develop the right processes and Agile ways of working to ensure the team are successful.
