Looking for a fantastic career opportunity? We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator for an excellent business based in Bedford. The ideal candidate should have great administration experience for this fully office based role near Milton Keynes, with excellent benefits available.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Main point of contact for managing schedules.
Handle and issue contracts.
Handle emails and calls.
Enter and update booking details.
Process financial paperwork.
Provide general administrative support.
Experience Required:
Experience in administration or a similar role.
Strong organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with contract management and financial processes is highly desirable.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary up to 25k
25 days annual leave - Rising to 50 days after 5 years.
