Sysco are currently recruiting for an EU ERP Programme Governance & Planning Analyst to join the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Transformation Programme team on a 2 year Fixed term Contract basis.
This role will track and monitor the successful approach to Sysco Microsoft Dynamics 365 Transformation Programme, a critical initiative supporting our modernisation strategy and ambitious growth objectives.
You will ensure effective governance throughout the ERP programme, supporting the successful delivery of the programme and its workstreams. Responsibilities include maintaining the programme plan, managing RAID, overseeing change control, and promoting governance principles. The role requires proactive, value-added governance support in a dynamic environment, engaging with both onshore and offshore teams, including senior leaders, to manage ambiguity and drive success across finance, supply chain, merchandising, and CRM functions.
Key Responsibilities;
1. Work in conjunction with the workstream leads/Project Management team for the maintenance of the workstream plans, driving updates, chasing outstanding activity and movement to critical path activity/milestones
2. Ensure planning standards are maintained and adhered to across multiple project phases.
3. Successful tracking and maintenance of workstream deliverables and critical path
4. Drive the planning standards utilizing Smartsheet, ensuring these are adopted and the plan is regularly maintained in readiness for governance forums
5. Work with the Programme Leads and PMO Lead to govern through gating deliverables. Tracking of key deliverables through reviews, audit trails through to sign off
6. Manage weekly status reporting, taking inputs from the workstreams, driving consistency of reporting across the workstreams using PMO reporting standards
7. Preparation of the Governance forums packs, agendas and meeting logistics
8. Support cross-functional resource reviews, ensuring resource allocation meets demand or support escalation
9. Support the change control process including impact assessment and sign-off internal to the project
10. Maintenance of Programme SharePoint / Teams site to ensure standards are met and are aligned to document management approach.
11. Own and manage the programme RAID process, driving scheduled meetings for updates with the Workstream Leads, Business Lead & Programme Lead. Providing updates into Programme level reporting to the PMO Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with proven experience supporting business change projects, particularly in ERP transformations using both agile and waterfall methodologies. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, capable of breaking down complex tasks into clear, actionable steps. Core governance capabilities, including the ability to plan and manage a complex Programme governance service, are essential. The successful candidate will also have the ability to analyze key milestones, assess associated impacts, and ensure proper review and escalation. Experience in supporting Programme/Project Change control processes and managing dependencies is crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, is required. The role also demands experience working remotely and managing geographically dispersed teams, along with exceptional planning and coordination skills.
