CRM Specialist, Value Campaigns - Boots UK

Overview:
Sitting within the Customer Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for developing the marketing plan and managing the delivery of reactive value communications. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the best customer communications. It’s a busy role that requires a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for creation, ownership, and delivery of the CRM plan and incentives.
2. Work as a member of the wider marketing team to collaborate with key stakeholders to create and respond to briefs based on business objectives and needs.
3. Review and analyze commercial and customer impact to define opportunities.
4. Assign KPIs and continually optimize the customer journeys based on KPI results.
5. Collaborate with the wider Customer Marketing team to inform the total customer experience.
What you’ll need to have:
1. Have a background in marketing, ideally with experience in CRM digital and printed communications.
2. Be a creative individual with a customer-first, analytical mindset.
3. Have excellent relationship, organizational, and communication skills.
4. Be happy to give something a go and contribute to lots of different work.
