Role: Stock & Replenishment Supervisor
Location: Barrow, Leicestershire
About the role:
1. Deputise for the Site Manager in their absence
2. Maintain inventory control data within the site systems and proactively review inventory data to optimise customer/ERIKS stock profile and replenishment
3. Ensure that sales orders are promptly loaded onto the systems at acceptable margin levels, savings achievement and customer delivery requirements
4. Ensure that purchase orders are promptly loaded onto the systems utilising established preferred sources of supply where possible
5. Research and identify supply options where preferred suppliers have not been previously determined or cannot supply within required timescales
6. Provide Management and Customers with reports, Key Performance Indicators and feedback to contribute to effective planning, budgeting and performance management, within agreed timeframes where required
7. Managers are responsible for their own, their staff and visitors health and safety within their operation, for the promotion of health and safety in line with ERIKS and their Customer’s Health & Safety Policies and procedures. Managers are responsible for reporting all cases of non-conformance.
8. Managers shall make themselves aware of and ensure compliance with all of the companies applicable management systems policies and procedures.
9. Ensure that reporting team members have clearly defined tasks and objectives and that they deliver the required standards of performance.

About you:
To maintain an ongoing relationship with selected customers and sales staff.
The ideal candidate will need to use knowledge of products, product availability, sales territories, and individual customers to provide a key communications link to the customer.
