Job Description: Job Title Technical Operations Specialist (Production Support) Location Birmingham Corporate Title Vice President Corporate Banking provides commercial banking products and services for both corporate clients and financial institutions worldwide; our universal expertise and global network allows us to offer truly integrated and effective solutions. You’ll be joining the Corporate Banking Production team for the Liquidity function under the Core Banking Services domain within Corporate Bank Technology as an EMEA Regional Lead in addition to Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) responsibilities within the production support team. In this role, you will be accountable for driving a culture of proactive continual improvement into the Production environment through automation of manual work, monitoring improvements and platform hygiene. You will be responsible for supporting critical client facing applications & will develop technical solutions to improve the stability of production environments.
