About the role
This role will deliver Tier One energy advice and information as part of our Energy Services Team by web chat and phone. This team acts as the first point of contact for people accessing information, advice, and support about energy. If you are friendly, reliable, and eager to learn, we’ll give you all the training and support you need for a great career with longer-term opportunities to progress into money advice. Working on our Tier One Energy Advice Service, you’ll be advising our clients on their rights and the action they can take. You should have excellent customer service skills and a good level of PC literacy with the ability to write up cases to a good standard. Full training provided.
