Description
I am a gentleman in my 80s living in the Cimla area. Following an accident many years ago I have an acquired brain injury which affects my memory and concentration. I am also now living with mixed dementia which often impacts on my long-term coping strategies I have relied upon to manage my acquired brain injury over the years. I struggle to retain information and must be repeatedly reminded and prompted. As a result, my routine is very important to me and I find disruption to my routine very unsettling.
I am an active man and enjoy going out and about in the community where I am known well at the shops and cafes I frequent. I am very fit and need a PA who can keep up with me about town. I enjoy talking about my sporting achievements from my successful athletic career prior to my accident. I often talk about my beloved wife who I sadly lost and miss dearly. I enjoy getting out every morning, I like to eat breakfast out, I enjoy a flutter at the betting office, and watching sports on the television with my daily newspapers by my side is very important to me.
