Sorting out and processing payments. General administration including filing, scheduling, responding to inquiries and reporting duties. Gathering statistics and producing reports. Inputting engineer timesheets.Key Skills: We are looking for a team player with excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems. The ability to manage and prioritize a varied workload effectively.
