Our client is looking for an experienced Regional Digital Delivery Lead to join their Digital Delivery team working in the water sector. In this role, you will drive the digital transformation agenda across the regional operations, supporting project teams to adopt digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the integration of digital tools and processes across engineering and operations to improve data usage from project initiation to handover.
Support the deployment and roll-out of digital initiatives, including training, webinars, and fostering a digital-first culture within the region.
Drive business excellence by sponsoring change management and digital initiatives.
Collaborate with supply chain, clients, and internal teams to streamline data flows, reduce rework, and ensure smooth adoption of digital processes.
Ensure projects have an auditable digital strategy and monitor compliance with digital standards and client delivery processes.
About You:
Proven experience in managing change and digital transformation, ideally within the infrastructure, water, or utilities sectors.
Strong understanding of engineering, delivery, and construction processes, with knowledge of digital tools like surveying, 3D modeling, asset management, and digital field management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage stakeholders at all levels and drive digital adoption.
Experience in implementing digital initiatives, including BIM (ISO19650 or BS1192) certification, is a plus.
Qualifications:
A postgraduate qualification in Engineering or Operations is desirable.
Membership in a professional institution is a bonus.
