Basic Salary: £26-30k DOE with Monthly Bonus on top! OTE £35K+
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (Hours are negotiable)
We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Executive to support our continued growth. You will be required to contact prospective customers via telephone and email to assist our sales consultants in meeting their monthly appointment goals and achieve monthly/annual targets through gaining qualified sales appointments leading to closing of sales.
Build a strong and positive marketplace opinion of this well-established client as a premium service provider through confident and assured activity.
Reporting into the UK Sales Manager, we have an excellent and genuine opportunity for anyone who wants to develop their career in Sales or Marketing, with career progression available.
KEY ACTIVITY AREAS
1. Introduce and promote products to prospective customers and build a quality pipeline for each salesperson.
2. Build relationships with prospective customers.
3. Schedule appointments between prospective clients and a Sales Representative.
4. Follow up designated marketing campaigns and exhibitions.
5. Provide in-house Sales Support.
6. Follow up leads in a timely manner to make appointments.
7. Gather company information and contract end dates.
8. Input data into CRM system to build pipelines of the team.
9. Effectively communicate the range of services that the company can offer, showing a clear understanding of processes and features.
10. Ensure prompt processing of all administrative needs engaging with in-house Sales Support and Customer Service Teams to build high-quality internal working relationships.
11. Attend sales meetings and conferences when required.
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
1. Achieve monthly sales target.
2. Maintain calendars to schedules provided.
3. Quality and innovative contribution to Sales Meetings.
4. Conduct all activities in a professional and timely manner.
SKILL SET/CAPABILITY
1. Demonstrate excellence in all forms of communication.
2. Proven track record of sales and appointing is preferred.
3. Must be able to work in an office team environment in Bedford.
4. Must be a competent user of MS Office (Excel, Word) and email.
5. Can demonstrate a very high level of self-organisation and effective time management.
6. Have an empathetic and understanding customer approach.
