Are you a skilled Carpenter with a knack for multi-trade work? I m working with a well-established maintenance contractor in Devon to recruit a Multi-Skilled Carpenter to join their responsive maintenance team in Exeter.
Your Role:
You ll be carrying out essential repairs and maintenance within occupied properties, ensuring homes are safe and well-maintained.
Duties Include:
1. Carpentry repairs
2. Checking, repairing, and replacing fire doors
3. Adjusting windows and doors
4. Repairing furniture
5. Basic plumbing
6. Painting and decorating
What You ll Need:
1. Carpentry qualification
2. Multi-skilled experience in maintenance work
3. CSCS card (desirable)
4. Previous experience in a similar role
5. Clean driving licence
6. Own tools
