Social Impact Manager

Your new role
As a Social Impact Manager, you'll be responsible for:
1. Engaging with a variety of local stakeholders for projects.
2. Working with project teams and key local partners to deliver agreed defined Social Impact KPIs.
3. Liaising closely with each project team and assisting with the creation of project programme to assist engagement and delivery.
4. Collating data and required evidence from project teams and supply chain to provide monthly reports for allocated projects KPI’s, creating case studies of key activities delivered to share with clients and support future work winning opportunities.
5. Engage with proposals and framework teams to support working winning as required.
6. Establish and maintain relationships with identified relevant client, education, employability, and community stakeholders in the location’s projects operate in.
7. Champion future talent and promote careers in Facilities Management through engagements and activities with external stakeholders including presentations, working group sessions, career support with schools, colleges, and employability support groups.
8. Conduct, behaviours and working practices to be in line with working the Robertson Way.
The successful candidate will require a DBS/Disclosure Check before starting in the job.
About you
You’ll have previous experience in a similar environment, along with exceptional attention to detail, and a friendly and professional approach to developing relationships in the local communities where we have projects. Strong communication skills are just as important and you’ll be comfortable using MS Office software while also learning to use a range of other IT systems.
