The role
Our Technology Resilience business is at the forefront of supporting organisations in safeguarding against, and responding to, major technology failures and cyber threat. We are now looking to expand our rapidly growing team, and are seeking experienced Senior Managers who can support us in delivering market leading technology resilience insights and expertise to our established client base.
We are looking for Senior Manager grade candidates who can demonstrate the following characteristics:
1. Strong technology architecture skills and experience, including Cloud native and Hybrid architectures
2. Solid understanding of latest and emerging technology trends in the resilience domain
3. Demonstrable track record in technology resilience, either in a professional services capacity or in industry
4. Experience of conducting, or participating in, post incident reviews
5. Working knowledge of IT asset management and IT Service and Continuity Management (ITSCM) practices
6. Good knowledge of cyber threat and cyber recovery considerations
7. Effective analysis and report writing skills
8. Solid communication and client consulting skills
The ideal candidate will play a key role in:
9. Ensuring excellence in client delivery and in helping to protect our clients from the impact of large scale technology failures
10. Developing lasting, trusted, client relationships
11. Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team and, where relevant, delivering effective knowledge transfer to client teams
12. Ensuring a high standard of quality is maintain in the work we deliver to our clients.

Preferred Skills
13. Broad understanding of IT infrastructure from both a cloud and on prem perspective
14. IT service architecture experience and understanding
15. IT service management understanding
16. ITDR programme build, operation and testing experience
17. Strong delivery experience and track record
18. Strong verbal and written communication skills
19. (Desirable) Experience in the above in both advisory and operational roles
20. (Desirable) Operational resilience/Business Continuity
21. (Desirable) Understanding of the Financial services regulations for Operational resilience
