As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will:
Advise and support the Service Leadership teams with people management issues
Support investigating management to ensure investigations are robust and carried out in a timely manner
Support regional HR Administrators to ensure documents are produced to the appropriate standard
Coach, guide and train line managers in the development of their people management skill
Play a key role in the development and maintenance of the HR policies, procedures and toolkits
Provide support on the delivery of ER projects
