Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our clients busy and varied team. This role is perfect for someone with solid previous office-based customer service experience who thrives in an ever-changing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
* Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently
* Providing detailed product information and guidance
* Processing orders and managing customer accounts
* Coordinating with suppliers and participating in production meetings
* Performing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records
Requirements:
* Proven office-based customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Teams
* Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
