Due to the continued success and expansion of our business, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Assistant to join our team at Evercreech. The Role You will be responsible for: Dealing with sales enquiries on a face to face and over the telephone basis. Represent the branch and assist with the growth of the business working as a team to exceed sales targets. Ensuring that the needs of the customers are dealt with quickly and efficiently whilst providing a service that ensures that customers return on a regular basis. Assisting in other roles within the branch including restocking the shop, stock control and assisting in the yard Building and maintaining relationships with different types of customers. The Requirements This position would be ideal for anyone who is currently or has recently worked on a trade counter or within an internal sales / telephone sales role. The successful candidate must be proactive in their approach towards sales and a good communicator. Comfortable operating a computer-based sales processing system (Full in-house training for all computer and technical aspects of this role will be provided). Strong administration and organisational skills. Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships. Full drivers licence is essential for this role.
