Expert Sales - Telecoms - London/Reading/Newbury/Swindon/Bristol/Hybrid
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecom Sales professional who is a passionate advocate for cutting-edge engineering solutions and digital transformation. Should come with a proven experience managing strategic engagements with UK Telcos. A deep understanding of the Telecom sector and associated technologies, coupled with broad knowledge of adjacent industries and pertinent emerging technologies. The role involves leading initiatives, driving growth, and ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions that align with client needs in the fast-evolving telecom space.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role
* Client Engagement : Serve as the sales person mapping into key stakeholders at Telco clients, nurturing long-term relationships and fostering partnerships that drive business growth.
* Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute account strategies that meet client's business objectives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, value-added services.
* Strategic Leadership : Drive the industry go-to-market strategy, aligning with Global Business Line (GBL), Market Units, and Business Unit objectives
* Innovation and solution development : Collaborate with Engineering practices to shape cutting-edge solutions and delivery models
* Telecom Market Expertise: Stay updated on trends and innovations within the telecom sector, particularly in the areas of 5G, Telco Cloud, network transformation, and digital services.
* Business Development: Principally focus on pursuit of new business opportunities, expanding the portfolio of services and solutions offered to Telco clients.
* Technology Transformation: Leverage your expertise in telecom technology transformation (e.g., network virtualization, cloud, AI, etc.) to drive digital transformation initiatives within client organizations.
* Account management : Fully accountable for revenue growth, profitability, and cost management.
* Contract Negotiation: Oversee the negotiation of contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions for both clients and the company.
* Key KPI’s : Bookings, Revenue, Profitability, Cash, Deal conversion ratio, CSR and Carbon footprint awareness.

Your skills and experience
* Experience: 15+ years in telecom sales roles, with significant exposure to Telecommunications and Mobile Network Operators (MNOs).
* Client Relationship Management: Proven success in managing large-scale engagements and fostering strong relationships with telecom clients.
* Telecom Expertise: In-depth knowledge of telecom operations, network infrastructure, digital services, and emerging technologies (5G, Telco Cloud, AI, cloud, etc.).
* Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement long-term strategic plans.
* Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Establish credibility of having independently closed key / strategic deals in the past.

Your security clearance
