Role:
~ lead the Windlesham retention impact analysis
~ leveraging previous methodology JLL consultancy ~ determine where people now live in relation to new site and changed commute (analysis last undertaken Q1 2022. 3 years ago there has been significant movement).
~ reevaluate retention mechanisms, revise eligibility groups, and make recommendations including cost estimates
~ competitive pay analysis for Lab based workers (PS PSu), in the context of the Windlesham move – are we competitive enough?
~ support Windlesham change management, Change Champions, UK leadership engagement.
~ manager education on Windlesham retention mechanisms
~ support Performance Improvement Plans implementation (and ad hoc Employee Relations)
~ support local DE&I work
Requirements
Skills:
~ strong data and analytics capabilities and developing subsequent recommendations
~ strong on excel
~ previous relocation experience
~ confident in presentations and liaising with leadership teams.
