Role Overview
As a Marketing Assistant, you will work with the Senior Business Development Manager to drive initiatives and marketing plans for various teams across the firm. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Developing an understanding of the firm's clients and the markets in which it operates.
2. Helping to devise and implement marketing plans.
3. Taking a lead role in executing new initiatives and campaigns.
4. Promoting content through traditional and digital channels.
5. Planning, managing, and attending events, conferences, webinars, and seminars.
6. Assisting with press releases and implementing social media strategies.
7. Coordinating legal directory submissions and interviews.
Minimum Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:
1. Good oral and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
2. Prioritization skills, ability to meet deadlines under pressure, and initiative.
3. Flexibility to work outside of office hours, particularly when running events.
4. 12-18 months of marketing experience in a professional services or equivalent B2B environment.
5. CIM qualifications or a desire to study towards CIM or equivalent.
