Working Hours: Part-time 28 hours per week; usual full time working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00. Flexibility required to support out-of-hours training and events.
Salary: £26,499 FTE per annum, plus 6% contributory pension scheme.

The Training, Conferences and Events team coordinates our training and event offer, which is primarily aimed at allied mental health professionals. The Training, Conferences and Events Assistant will provide administrative support to our customers regarding booking enquiries. The role will involve financial administration, file management, updating content across platforms, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the team.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support for booking enquiries.
2. Handle financial administration and maintain basic financial records, such as invoices and receipts.
3. Manage files and update content across platforms.
4. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the team.
Minimum Requirements:
Previous administrative experience in a busy, process-driven working environment is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to set up and maintain efficient administrative systems, including databases. Prioritisation and organisational skills are important in the role, to effectively manage the workload with little supervision. Good attention to detail is also essential.

Location: Hybrid working (a mixture of onsite and home/remote working). Staff are working onsite for at least 20% of their working hours, either at our London site (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH) or our Northern Hub (Huckletree, The Express Building, 9 Great Ancoats Street, Manchester M4 5AD).
Contract duration: Permanent
