The successful candidate will have current experience of working within a challenging administrative environment, with advanced ICT skills, (Outlook, Word and Excel). Call-handling or busy reception experience is essential. You will possess first-rate communication and organisational skills and an ability to prioritise workload, paying attention to detail is vital within this role. Excellent customer service skills and capacity to work on your own initiative, as well as part of a team are key. You will be providing high quality, wide ranging administrative support across all clinical service areas including Community, Wellbeing and Advice Line teams. Flexibility is required for this role and the ability to work well within teams maintaining a clear understanding of the administrative needs and deliverables for each service area.
