A Facilities Administrator is required for a leading facilities organisation in an initial 6 month contract, working 37.5 hrs per week, Mon-Fri. The role will be reviewed after the initial period.
The role will be focused on task management system activity including:
1. Sending jobs to vendors
2. Chasing paperwork
3. Raising orders
4. Other general admin duties
You will be highly organised, a good communicator, and possess strong IT skills. Ideally, you will have worked in a similar fast-paced environment previously.
