Project Manager (Construction) Annual Salary: £40-50K, based on skills and experience Location: Garvagh Job Type: Full-time Reed are partnered with a large Construction/manufacturer who are looking for a Project Manager specialising in structural steel, cladding, and associated works. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects from inception through to site erection management, working closely with a supportive team under the guidance of the Operations Director. Day-to-day of the role: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, schedules, resources, equipment, and milestones. Coordinate with design teams, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities for cost optimisation. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, designers, suppliers, and internal teams. Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet project deadlines. Assess, review, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance procedures. Supervise on-site teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3-5 years' experience as a Project Manager within the structural steel/construction environment. Relevant knowledge of structural steel, cladding, metal decking, and the design and build process. Full driving licence. Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks or projects. Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
