Head of Marketing (North West HQ 1-2 days/week) with a salary of up to £70,000 per annum About the Role: An established organisation is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee brand strategy, digital marketing, communications, and campaign delivery to support lead generation and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with commercial and operational goals Ensure consistent brand positioning across all marketing platforms Design and implement multi-channel campaigns to support business development Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted campaigns Oversee content strategy and ensure high-impact messaging across media Lead digital strategies including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing Manage communications and PR efforts to enhance industry presence Use analytics to assess performance and refine marketing activities Manage, support, and develop a high-performing marketing team Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to align efforts Oversee agency relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of services Contribute to market expansion through targeted marketing for new services and regions Develop go-to-market strategies for new offerings Monitor trends and insights to inform strategic direction Standard Responsibilities: Adhere to organisational policies and industry regulations Maintain confidentiality at all times Comply with health and safety standards Promote the safeguarding and welfare of children and vulnerable adults Participate in regular performance evaluations Experience, Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, with leadership roles in strategic planning Strong background in brand, digital, and campaign management Experience in regulated sectors Expertise in SEO, PPC, analytics, and data-driven decision-making Proven ability to lead teams and manage agency relationships Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (essential) Professional qualifications (e.g., CIM) are an advantage Why Join?
