Overall Objective: To ensure that the overall construction process is effectively, safely and efficiently managed. Key Accountabilities: Comply with all Health & Safety legislation and strive for best practice Review and co-ordinate design and technical requirements appropriate to site-based activities during mobilisation and during construction to ensure a timely, risk managed programme achievement Supervise all subcontract tradesLead the construction process from estimating handover to full completion of all sites based activates / requirements Ensure all logistics plans and health and safety plan updates are co-ordinated and implemented in line with various stages of construction Co-ordination of subcontractors and material requisitions and deliveries ensuring an efficient build Schedule works to ensure production targets are met and high quality of product is achieved Production of short-term programmes to support the above and engagement of wider trades Ensure all working methods are performed correctly and to a high standard Complete all required paperwork produced from site, updates, Health & Safety, environmental, material returns, wage sheets At all times, comply with Esh Construction policies, procedures and instructions Implement any new ideas/methods and seek ways of both improving contributions to the organisation’s goals ensuring the reputation of the company Liaise with our client’s representatives to ensure highest possible satisfaction and all relevant inspections are completed on time Production of progress reports and associated documents to facilitate proactive communications with internal colleagues and client group Handover housing sites on time and with high standards of quality Facilitate excellent customer care to residents and community It is not possible for this document to totally encompass or define all tasks that may be required of the post holder.
