Grace Darling Primary School is seeking a committed and supportive Deputy Headteacher to join the team in September and play a key role in shaping the future of the school, ensuring that every child receives the best possible education in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

This position is 1.0fte.
This is a two form entry school, the successful candidate will have a teaching commitment and be responsible for one specific Key Stage.

2. Drive curriculum development, setting high expectations for staff, students, and parents.
3. Work closely with staff, pupils, and parents to maintain a positive and engaging school culture.

5. Support the personal and academic growth of every student, ensuring their well-being and success.
