Main duties of the job This specialist team is made up of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists who work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team to deliver high quality therapy and rehabilitation for inpatients who have experienced acute stroke and a range of acute neurological conditions. The service is part of the Integrated Stroke Pathway, working closely with colleagues in the Community Stroke Team in order to provide a seamless transition from the acute setting to community.
