They are looking for someone who is driven and has previous experience dealing with customers. Do you have strong verbal and written communication skills? Are you a good team player? Do you have previous admin experience?

Customer Service Administrator Duties:
* Working alongside the finance and tech team supporting with admin duties
* Liaising with the sales team and helping with customer queries
* Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls
* Updating customers' billing information
* Managing invoices being sent to clients
* Logging information on the systems
* Carrying out general admin and sales duties
