Part-Time Service Advisor, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 2.00pm. Will need to be available for holiday cover hours 8.30am to 5.30pm.
Duties
1. Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
2. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them.
3. Create and explain detailed service estimates to customers.
4. Schedule appointments.
5. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
7. Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment.
Requirements
1. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry, but not essential as in-house training would be given.
2. Excellent computer skills.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
